Website designed and developed by the REIDROCHA® agency, custom-coded in Python, without WordPress or plug-ins.
Article 4. Intellectual property
The entire website (structure, texts, Global Runners logo, graphics, photographs, code) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code and, in Switzerland, the Federal Copyright Act).
Exception: our tips articles may be quoted in extracts, including by search engines and artificial intelligence assistants, provided that Global Runners and the link to the original page are mentioned.
Photos of our outings belong to their authors, members of the group, and are published with their consent. Some images come from licensed image banks; others, on the Events page, come from the race organisers, with the source credited, and will be removed on simple request from their author to contact@globalrunners.org. Anyone who wishes a photo in which they appear to be removed can obtain this on simple request.
Article 5. Content and liability
The tips published are given for information purposes and do not replace the advice of a doctor: consult a health professional before taking up intense physical activity again. Race dates, places and fees are provided by their organisers and may change: only the information on the official websites is authoritative.
The website contains links to third-party websites (race organisers, charities, social networks). Global Runners has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content.
Article 6. Sales
Items in the shop are sold by REIDROCHA EURL, under the terms of sale.
Article 7. Personal data and cookies
The website sets no cookies and does not measure audience. Data sent through the contact form and when ordering is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act and, for people located in Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Details are given in the privacy policy and on the Cookies page.
Article 8. Accessibility
The website is designed to be readable on computers, tablets and phones, with high contrast; its animations stop when your device asks to reduce motion. If any content is difficult for you to access, write to us and we will send it to you in another form.
Article 9. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the website falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules applicable in the visitor's country of residence.
